I had a wonderful stay with a comfortable room that was clean and equipped with good internet. The location was fantastic, just steps from the JR station and the outlet mall, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
Morning meal could use a wider variety of items.

Also, location was perfectly comfortable and ideal, just a short walk away from a home field. The area was pretty nice, a nice comfy base for me. I've booked twin room with a view and everything was perfect. They served savoury food for breakfast.

The room was compact, moreover good-sized with a view. The location was incredibly comfortable and ideal, you can visit Mihama-en by walking. The hotel was close to restaurants and a stadium.

I had a great stay during my business trip! The hotel is super close to the train station and an outlet mall, making it really convenient. My room was spacious and well-lit, plus the breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety that I enjoyed every morning. It was also nice to find some excellent restaurants nearby to unwind after a long day!
The room was pretty hot, and I could only turn the heating on or off, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. I thought the additional water charges were a bit of a bummer. these were minor issues compared to the overall experience!

I stayed at this hotel for a few days during my trade show visit, attending a concert nearby. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the subway and close to shopping outlets. The spacious room featured a giant, comfortable bed and stunning water views. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the lobby was beautifully decorated. Plus, the staff was friendly and genuinely helpful throughout my stay.
I strongly recommend this hotel.

I was really disappointed with the air conditioning. It just didn't cool the room properly; it was either too hot or barely cool. Opening the window was my only rescue, but it let in all the noise from outside. Quite frustrating!

convenient location near convention center, proximity to Kaihin-Makuhari station, easy access to Aeon shopping mall
No on-site dining options!!! Having to trek to a konbini for late-night drinks is less than ideal!!! Parking restrictions for larger vehicles could be improved!!! More amenities could enhance the experience!!!

The hotel's breakfast offered locally caught fish, an epic culinary find that set the tone for our adventures nearby, like Bella Rusa and Pizzeria 32 just a short stroll away. The room was spacious with a view of the bay.
No on-site bar? You'll need to wander to a konbini for those late-night drinks. Plus, parking is a tight squeeze unless you've got a kei car, or else it's a trek to the public garage-just a minor hiccup in the grand scheme of things.

The location near the JR station and a lovely park made it easy to explore the area. The breakfast had an excellent variety, including hash browns, and the staff was accommodating and friendly, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. Despite confirming an ocean view room, I received a standard room, disappointing. The parking situation was less than ideal, and the lack of an on-site bar limited late-night options.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the cozy atmosphere in the common areas and the fantastic buffet breakfast that hit the spot. There's a lovely lounge. My only gripe was the rooms could use a little freshening up, but it didn't take away from my experience 😊

Great Stay with Nice Local Experiences!
Charming atmosphere! Exploring the local eateries led to a good ramen night, meeting unique locals, and trying fantastic seafood. The hotel's proximity to the train station made discovering Chiba effortless. Note, rooms are compact, but the cozy vibe was just perfect! Request a room on a higher floor for a better view.
